How does it work?
Once you register your requirements we trawl our database to shortlist suitable applicants. We can then arrange viewings and help you select someone suitable.
Is it safe?
Lots of people are anxious about meeting a stranger from a private advert and inviting them in to their house! Room Match gives you the security and reassurance of knowing that any applicants for your room have registered with us. Our professionally trained staff personally interview each applicant, verify their current address and two forms of identification. Credit checks, previous Landlord referencing and employment verification can also be undertaken.
How do I register?
Simply complete and return a registration form telling us your requirements and we will contact you to confirm you are registered after we receive payment. Call 01934 614400, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit us at 12 Waterloo Street to collect a form.
What does it cost?
Registering for the service costs just £49! This includes unlimited database searches as we will keep putting forward applicants until you find someone just right. Additional services such as accompanied viewings and enhanced applicant checks are also available for a small extra fee.
Looking for a room?
Joining Room Match as an applicant is totally FREE. When there is a room you are interested in, we can fully register you for a one-off fee of only £25! Registration means we can verify your details before matching you to the room and arranging viewings.
